Spring Scavenger Hunt

Spring has arrived, and with it comes warmer weather, blooming flowers, and longer days. After a long, cold winter, it's time to get outside and enjoy all that this season has to offer. One fun way to do this is by participating in a spring scavenger hunt.

What is a Spring Scavenger Hunt?

A scavenger hunt is a game where participants are given a list of items to find, and the first one to find everything on the list wins. In a spring scavenger hunt, the items on the list might include things like a blooming flower, a bird's nest, or a butterfly. It's a great way to explore the outdoors, get some exercise, and have fun with friends and family.

What I did:

To start your spring scavenger hunt, gather a group of people and make a list of items to find. You can customize the list to fit your area, or use my pre-made list here. Divide into teams, and set a time limit. Then, head out into nature and start searching for the items on your list.

What happened next:

As you search for the items on your list, take time to appreciate the beauty of the season. Notice the colorful flowers, the buzzing bees, and the fresh smell of spring. Take pictures of your finds, and share them with your team.

Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!

At the end of the scavenger hunt, come together to compare lists and declare a winner. You can even have prizes for the winning team, or for the team that finds the most creative or unusual items.

In conclusion, a spring scavenger hunt is a fun and exciting way to enjoy the outdoors and celebrate the arrival of a new season. So grab your friends and family, make a list, and get outside to explore and have some fun!
